Founded in 1992, we are a pharmaceutical reverse distributor providing services to retail and hospital pharmacies throughout the United States. We also provide service to some of the nation’s largest wholesalers and manufacturers.
Our focus is on making the process of returning or disposing of prescription and over-the-counter merchandise simple and efficient. By listening to our customers, we learn what they want and need in the reverse distribution process. We continually develop new ideas and programs to remain at the forefront of our industry. We are one of the few reverse distributors that offer both on-site and off-site processing. Our On-Site program is by far the most complete service in the industry while our Mail-In program offers an economical solution for those who prefer off-site processing.
We are headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee. Our facility enables us to process large volumes of product with streamlined shipping and receiving. It is equipped with a DEA approved vault, two security cages, and monitored alarm systems that assure all merchandise is held safely and securely. All of our employees are thoroughly trained, and required to attend continuing education seminars at least three times a year. This ensures we remain up-to-date on our knowledge of the entire reverse distribution process and our industry.
We are licensed with the Drug Enforcement Administration to receive, distribute, and dispose of schedules II through V. We are licensed with the Environmental Protection Agency as a large-quantity generator, and utilize an EPA approved incinerator for environmentally sound disposal. We are also fully licensed with the State of Tennessee and all other states that require licensing of reverse distributors. We employ an outside audit firm to advise us on regulatory issues involving EPA, RCRA, DOT, and OSHA.
