Our building was designed with our business in mind and performs the following functions:
- House all administrative offices and Customer Service department
- Receiving of merchandise processed by our Onsite representatives
- Receiving and processing of goods shipped to us by our mail-in customers
- Distribution of all returnable products shipped to manufacturers for credit
- Warehousing of all non-returnable products awaiting destruction
Shipping
Our shipping and receiving areas were designed to allow for the smooth flow of inbound and outbound packages. This enables quick turnaround time for packages – getting your merchandise to manufacturers in an efficient manner.
Secure & Monitored Storage
Our security cages meet all DEA specifications and are protected with numerous motion and heat sensors ensuring schedules III-V are protected upon arrival.
Vault
Our vault is individually alarmed and constructed of eight-inch concrete reinforced with steel rebar. All Schedule II merchandise is stored in this vault until it is returned or disposed.
