Founded in 1992, we are a pharmaceutical reverse distributor providing services to retail and hospital pharmacies throughout the United States. We also work for some of the nation’s largest wholesalers and manufacturers.

We are one of the few reverse distributors that offer both on-site and off-site processing. Our On-Site program is by far the most complete service in the industry while our Mail-In program offers an economical solution for those who prefer off-site processing.
We are headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee. Our facility is equipped with a DEA approved vault and security cages, and monitored alarm systems that assure all merchandise is secure. We have the highest employee retention rate in the industry, and our employees are required to attend continuing education seminars at least three times a year. This ensures we’re putting the best and brightest ideas out there, and remaining up-to-date on our knowledge of the reverse distribution industry.
We are licensed with the Drug Enforcement Administration to process schedules II through V. We are licensed with the Environmental Protection Agency as a large-quantity generator, and utilize an EPA approved incinerator for environmentally sound disposal. We are also fully licensed with the State of Tennessee and all other states that require licensing of reverse distributors. We employ an outside audit firm to advise us on regulatory issues involving EPA, RCRA, DOT, and OSHA.
