Mail-In

Our Mail-In program allows you to simply package all of your outdated and short-dated merchandise into a single box to ship to Return Solutions. No sorting is necessary. We accept all OTC and Rx (including C-II through C-V) products at our facility.

We offer the ability to easily create a packing list of merchandise to be shipped to us. From our website, log onto your account and inventory products, request DEA 222 forms, and print return authorization forms and shipping labels.

Once received, your products are stored under lock and key, then sorted, inventoried, and returned for credit. Any non-returnable products will be incinerated free of charge (up to 75 pounds per service), and all necessary paperwork is mailed to you.

There are no cycles or limited time periods you can ship your merchandise. You return products when it is convenient for you. For many customers it the most convenient and economical program available.
